We offer group classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes require sign-up, please email Breckfit@gmail.com to confirm your spot and assure space. Plan to arrive 5 minutes early to get set-up, bring a yoga mat if you have one. Pay via Paypal below, via venmo (Breckfit Fitness) or pay cash/check (welcomed and appreciated-no fees) in person.
Barre (with Babies ages 0-6)

This dance inspired ballet barre workout will isolate, overload and stretch each muscle group, one by one giving your body, long, lean lines. Option to bring your little one with you to play while you trim, tighten, and tone your entire body. Toys provided. This is a great prenatal or postpartum workout as well. Come network with other women in the community.
Ski Conditioning/Outdoor Fit
9:30 am - 10:30 am
For adult green circle (beginners), blue square (intermediates) or black diamond (advanced) skiers alike, this class will teach you the key moves to improve your day on the slopes. Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-intensity interval exercises so you can build strength according to your own body type and goals. This workout will help you build strength key to skiing performance.

Welcome to your perfect workout with a group of friends. Choose between a barre, circuit or combo class, we do a series of intense barre warm-up moves with alternating bursts of aerobic exercise and weight training. This offering can be customized. Head to a local brunch hot spot after, your instructor will provide recommendations.

Avant/Après Ski Stretch
Join us before or after your ski day for Ski Total Body Stretch. Open to anyone looking for a great warm up or cool down before or after your ski day. This class incorporates stretches specific to skiing mobility.
Open to any level of practice, our Vinyasa Yoga class is all about syncing our movements with our breath and linking each pose to create a seamless sequence. Great for all levels.
Get your heart pumping and your asanas flowing. With a combination of high-intensity cardio barre movements and yoga flow poses, this class is perfect for those who move at a moderate to faster pace. Level II-III
